Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by TUOJING Advanced Materials, an energy-grade steel supplier based in Hangzhou, China. Any question about the data held on you — including a request to delete it — goes to sales@tuojingltd.com and is answered by the same desk that handles your enquiry.
What we collect
Through the quotation form we collect only what is needed to price and ship your request: your name, company, email address, destination country, the product or standard you need, grade or class, quantity, and the specification details you type in. All of these except your name, email and product are optional.
Together with the form we record the page it was sent from, the interface language, the time of submission and the IP address of the request. The IP address is kept as protection against automated submissions and abuse of the form.
We do not ask for, and the form does not accept, payment card data, identity document numbers or any other sensitive category of personal data.
Why we hold it and on what basis
We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange inspection and shipment, and keep the commercial correspondence that goes with an order. We process it on the basis of the consent you give with the tick box next to the form, and — once an order is placed — to perform the contract between us.
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to your enquiry.
Who sees it
- Our sales team, through the mailbox on sales@tuojingltd.com and our internal enquiry system.
- Mills, inspection bodies and freight forwarders — only the details they need to quote, inspect or ship the material you asked about.
- The hosting and email providers that carry the message, acting on our instructions.
Your data is not passed to anyone else unless a law or a court in a competent jurisdiction requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship needs them, and for the period our accounting and export documentation obligations require after an order. If nothing comes of an enquiry, or if you ask us to remove it, the record is deleted from our systems.
Cookies and site analytics
The site uses Yandex.Metrica to count visits and see which catalog pages are read. It sets its own cookies and records anonymised session data, including page views, clicks and the pages you arrived from. We use it to improve the catalog, not to identify you personally.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time; the catalog and the quotation form keep working without them.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw the consent you gave with the form. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was lawfully done before the withdrawal. Write to sales@tuojingltd.com and we reply within one business day.
Security
The form is submitted over an encrypted connection, enquiries are stored on access-restricted servers, and only the staff handling your request can read them.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date below. The version published here is the one that applies.
